Terms and Conditions

Goods remains the property of JDK Solutions Australia until fully paid.

Payment MUST be received before goods are dispatched

ANY card payments revoked, cancelled or not authorised or ANY cheques dishonoured will incur the following fees:

A minimum of 5% of the total amount OR $35.00 service/dishonour fee.

PLUS any other charges/costs incurred that are related to collection of payment.

ANY claims are to be made within 7 days of invoice and ALL returns are at purchaser’s expense.

Goods will not be accepted for return without prior approval and MUST be accompanied by original invoice number.

ANY goods accepted for return or exchange MUST be in saleable condition.

By accepting the goods, you are accepting JDK Solutions full terms and conditions of sale and credit policy (available upon request).
